tuesday tip - advice to incoming college freshmen

Andrew Wheating discusses one of his first workouts at Oregon and what to expect when joining your new team. For most, college track and field/cross country will be a fairly big change. Be sure to communicate openly and frequently with your coach. Remember, your goal is to RACE fast, not to simply hang on during a workout that no one will remember.
